IN-PERSON AND ZOOM PILATES CLASSES
New Winter Term Starts w/c 8 January for 5 weeks
Classes are £11/class when paid as a termly block in advance. Payment in full is required prior to the start of class. You can join part-way through the term if space is available. Payment can be made by bank transfer (email info@mapilates.com for account details), PayPal or cash only.
Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothing that is not too loose.
ALL CLASSES ARE 55 MINUTES LONG AND ARE GEARED TO A BEGINNER AND INTERMEDIATE LEVEL. MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND INJURIES MAY BE ACCOMMODATED WITH PRIOR AGREEMENT WITH THE TEACHER.
MONDAY MORNINGS 9.30AM and 10.30AM
SWINNERTON HALL, St Luke's Church, Gibbon Road, Kingston upon Thames, KT2 6AB. Short walk from Kingston train station, Sainsbury's Sury Basin 65 bus stop or park by the church within the metered parking zone.

TUESDAY EVENINGS 7PM VIA ZOOM
This Zoom class is suitable for those who are familiar with Pilates as well as beginners. However, an initial 121 consultation is essential before joining an online class.
7PM: 16 attendees maximum

THE NORBITON, 16 Clifton Road, Kingston, KT2 6PW. Less than 5 minute walk from Norbiton station and closest bus stop is 'Manor Gate Road' for the 57, 85, 213 and 371 buses.

FRIDAY MORNINGS 9.30AM
LEANDER (KINGSTON) SEA SCOUT HQ, riverside entrance is 92 Lower Ham Road, KT2 5BB and the Richmond Road entrance is Albany Mews, KT2 5SL (right next to Albany Outdoors). No parking restrictions before 11am or take the 65 bus from Ham or Kingston and alight at the Durlston Rd bus stop.

This Zoom class is suitable for those who are familiar with Pilates as well as beginners. However, an initial 121 consultation is essential before joining an online class.
12.30PM: 16 attendees maximum
I also provide 121 private sessions in my home or in the comfort of your own home. Sessions are £50 at my Kingston home or in your home for £55/hr plus travel charges (rates available on request). Discounts are available for pre-paid block bookings of private sessions.
